Onboarding & Assistance (1-3 Days)

Once you're a member, we'll connect you with your dedicated Squares Geek Vendor. They're here to guide you through the entire process online or at a Sales Point (depending on your preference). Your Geek will be your one-stop shop for:

  • Device Inspection and Estimation: Get a fair and accurate assessment of your device's value.

  • Preparing Your Device for Trade-in or Disposal: We'll make it easy! Your Vendor will walk you through the simple steps to get your device ready for us.

Trade-in & Cash Out! (3-21 days)

Now that everything's ready, it's time to choose your reward:

  • Upgrade Your Tech: Use the value you receive towards a new device! We'll provide you with a convenient discount code you can use right away on your next Squares Keeper purchase.

  • Cash Out : Prefer to have cash? No problem! Choose to receive your rewards as a discount code usable with Squares Store or have it directly deposited into your account after 21 days.
